The Albanian oil tanker Rezart Taçi, bought the 80% of the shares of Bologna for around 24 million euros, while the 20% remains to Menarini. The preliminary contract was signed yesterday in Milan, and the signing is also expected in the evening.
Taçi's arrival reopens the market for Bologna, which can be strengthened with the arrival of some new players.
Who is Rezart Taçi?
Taçi Rezart was born in Erseka, Albania the 6 June 1971.
In the 1991-1997 period, he studied law in Italy, between Alessandria and Turin. From 2002, he is the general manager of Taçi Oil International of KUID Sh.pk (Srl). KUID Sh.pk has a leading role in the Albanian market. It has an area of over 37.000m3, located in two strategic locations near the coast. Its strategy is to develop the internal transport market, creating a larger commercial network and reducing supply through second-hand wholesalers, to provide more service to their country and consumers abroad.
He is also a shareholder of ANIKA ENTERPRISES S. A, a Swiss company that operates as a trading company of Taci Oil, and also ARMO Sh.a company that controls the import and export of oil in Albania. With its presence in the market for more than 7 years, this company meets all the standards in terms of efficiency, quality of service in all companies in Geneva and Albania.
ARMO is the only one in Albania that enjoys the right to refine oil. It also benefits from the right to distribute, market and sell all types of petroleum by-products. ARMO meets around 50% of the country's request. They currently work around 1506 employees in this company.
Together with his father are the owners of Gramozi Calcio, who thanks to their investments rose from the third division to the Albanian Superliga. He is also the organizer of the Taçi Oil tournament, this year in its second edition, which saw Milan play in front of the Albanian national team.
