This article lists the first seven Companies that on the field (and don't passex officio') qualified for the last 16 of the European Cup, Cup Winners' Cup and UEFA Cup-Fairs Cup.
These companies are cities representing the lowest administrative unit of their respective country, corresponding to our common subject to the provincial capital: for example Carpi in the province of Modena.
Among these companies is the Besa Kavajë.
It should immediately be said that the German non-European cities (eg Braunschweig, etc.) and theburghs' is 'boroughs'and the British - the latter lasted until the 1974 (so after the end of my research) - they had some administrative units under them.

I listened on the radio from Manfredonia the return of the sixteenth rounds, Wednesday 27 September 1972: Besa-Fremad Amager Copenhagen 0-0 (and. 1-1), which involved the passage of the Albanian team to the round of 16. Then I understood only "porteri danez", "zero me zero", but I entered the spirit of the game. The commentator, Ismet Bellova, I met 20 May 2017 in Durres, or 45 years later in the "Konferenca Shkencore Ndërkombare" Sporti Ballkanik - Zhvillime & Perspektiva "" (International Scientific Conference "Balkan Sport-Developments and Perspectives" held at the "Adriatiku" Hotel)
The K. Lierse SK repeated two years later, and in the first edition of the UEFA Cup 1971-72, qualified up to the quarterfinals, where it was eliminated: Milan-K. Lierse SK 2-0 1-1
As for Italy, the first company of a non-provincial capital to participate in a European Cup (although not exceeding the 32nd of the final) was Cesena FC: UEFA Cup 1976-77.
