The photo exhibition "Albania 20", by the Italian Nicola Avanzinelli, will be held in Paris, from 22 to 2011 January. The exhibition is part of the exhibition "Le Grand Salon d'Art Abordable" , where the works (paintings, sculptures, photos, drawings, engravings) of more than 40 European artists will be presented and sold.Born in Lucca in the 1982, Avanzinelli lives and works in Paris. The photographic collection was born from a trip to Albania last summer, in order to get closer to understanding this country so close to Italy but still little known. The images, very effective, tell the complex coexistence between a national-communist past and a present in transition.
