"The ministers' buildings will be torn down, don't buy anything there". The new Albanian political force seems to be playing its electoral game on a different scale from what we have seen on the field so far. The RossoNera Alliance yesterday entered the city of Vlora and for one hour surrounded the residential complex of the city, according to some journalistic sources belonging to the father-in-law of Lulëzim Bashë, Berisha's right-hand man and current mayor of Tirana. Rejecting the overbuilding of the Ionian coast by friends of Prime Minister Sali Berisha, party leader Spahiu urged citizens not to buy unduly built apartments on the Albanian coast, which Alleanza considers an important common good and not a private one nor a government one.
The construction of skyscrapers near the coast - the representatives of the alliance have declared - is a barbaric act by unscrupulous rulers; Sali Berisha and his ministers are particularly responsible for this, building buildings on the Ionian coast less than 100 meters from the sea for the sole purpose of recycling public money.
According to Alliance Rossonera, many palaces in Vlora have been erected with money and power to the democrats, without forgetting the consent of the socialists.
Justice will be done, supports the Red Black Alliance, and every building constructed will be destroyed if it does not meet the required standards of security and legality. The party, which in the general elections next year will run alone without allying itself with the opposition Socialist party of Edi Rama, also promises that, starting with the 2013, the Valona coast taken hostage by Sali Berisha ministers and supporters will return in the hands of the citizens. According to the leader Spahiu the new force will try to represent the passive electorate that currently does not go to the polls, the 62% of citizens with voting rights.
