The health minister, Ogerta Manastirliu, presented on her social channels the new "e-Vizita" service, a program that - among other things - will allow all visits made by family doctors to be recorded online.
More generally, the new service will facilitate all the procedures for which family doctors are competent, while at the same time protecting Albanian patients.
The service is part of the digitalization program implemented in all sectors, including e-Receta, e-Referimi and also "e-Albania", the portal - active 24 hours on 24, seven days a week - which allows , once registered, to be able to access online services provided by the public institutions of the country just as if they were in the competent office.
The "e-Vizita" service
Specifically, "e-Vizita" performs various functions, such as recording visits by the family doctor; the online compilation of the family doctors module; the addition of the doctor of the patient's health data; the addition of the history of patient visits on the e-Albania portal; the creation of a history report on the patient's medical history; analysis of clinical, managerial and administrative decision-making data for healthcare facilities.
The program initially took hold in the cities of Vlora and Lezha and will extend to all other 1500 family doctors throughout the country:
"Implementation of the new eVizita electronic registration system has begun, through which family doctors can complete the online medical examination form.
With the use of eVizita they can access the patient's history online, integrating for the first time with other systems, such as eReceta, eReferimi and the national registry of the AHIS civil status.
The process was started in Lezha, continues in Vlora and very soon it will be extended to all medical 1500 of our health system."- health minister Ogerta Manastirliu wrote in the post published on Facebook.
