After the spread of an audio on WhatsApp with the voice of a girl who speaks of 12 infected with coronavirus in Albania, and the alarm on the lack of masks in pharmacies, Premier Rama wanted to reassure the population that no case of infection has occurred so far verified in Albania.
“The coronavirus has not touched Albania! But as in the rest of the world it is a potential threat that we will face having taken all the necessary measures. The twisted minds that bothered the population with fake news during the days and nights of the earthquake again came into action. I urge you not to fall prey to their words, and be sure that the Albanian state has been doing its job for some time to be ready to face the coronavirus epidemic, with high organization and professionalism ", writes Edi Rama on Facebook in capital letters.
