Skopje, 23 mar - The Democratic Party of the Albanians (DPA), a Macedonian political group representing the Albanian minority, has decided today to re-enter the majority that supports the government. Two weeks ago the Gruevski government had not accepted the six demands of the head of the Democratic Party, Menduh Thaçi.
"The DPA has decided to re-enter the governing coalition. Both parties have reached an agreement to set up committees to prepare laws to allow greater use of the Albanian language and flag and to provide aid to the victims of the 2001 uprising, "Veton government spokesman Ibraimi announced.
The political structure had emerged from the majority by seeking immediate recognition of Kosovo, a greater right to use the Albanian language and flag and financial aid for veterans of the Albanian 2001 rebellion.
