The Italian financial group, Comdata, one of the most important call center companies in the beautiful country, officially entered the Albanian market, purchasing one of the companies of Sestante Holding.
The latter in Albania manages three activities: Intercom Data Service (IDS), We Web and CC Tirana and has a total of around 2500 employees, according to official sources. Initially, the 85% of CC Tirana was sold to Comdata, and the sale of Intercom Data Service will follow soon.
IDS is one of the largest operators in the country with more than 2000 employees. In the 2017 balance sheet, the company reported an increase in revenues of 14%, with 23 totaling millions of euros. We Web, on the other hand, founded in May of 2016, has tripled its revenues in 2017 to around 2,5 million.
The most recent is CC Tirana, founded in April of this year, and which offers call center and contact center services.
