Like every year in Parma, on the occasion of the independence of Albania from the Ottoman Empire, the 28 November 1912 took place, the Albanian Association in Parma and the province “Scanderbeg” organizes, also for this year, an event to make citizens know Albanians and Italians the history, culture and traditions of the "Land of the Eagles".
