The International Festival of Mediterranean Cuisine, scheduled in San Salvario from 20 to 24 September, returns this year within Terra Madre Salone del Gusto. And there will be two main themes of the new edition: the Mediterranean, which gives food and life, and the causes of migratory phenomena, starting from the climate changes taking place.

Saturday 22 conference and round table dedicated to international cooperation between Italy and France, with the rector of the Côte d'Azur University and the rector of the University of Turin. From 21.30 it will then be a time of celebration at Lingotto Fiere in via Nizza, with all Terra Madre delegates.
24 ends with a final evening dedicated to Greek cuisine. For the occasion there will be a concert of traditional music, "Between Greece and Magna Graecia: from Rebetiko to Taranta", in collaboration with the Paranza del Geco, at "Greek Food Lab" (via Berthollet 11).
