Projects like ArtisanOnline e Nucleus Albania they are the demonstration of the great will to start from the tradition and reach the company. An enterprise starts from an idea, the idea comes from afar, from our origins, from our roots, from the first sensations we had as children. The added value of the two projects is the common thread, women with their strength and dedication.
But craftsmanship and small business must not be blocked within the home, nor within the confines of the small world, but must expand in order to start an economy on a scale that supports, not one, but many families, a community whole. The tradition and creation of these women is intertwined with the production of food products, with tourism, as it serves as a catalyst, as well as a showcase for it.
For this reason it can generate added value that is not that of the individual company, but of the entire supply chain. But Nucleus is well aware of the difficulties to do so because he had to teach his associates to organize themselves, to invest, to look for new markets. This association has the merit of creating these beautiful windows from 3 years to strengthen these small businesses to find new ways to market their products.
The project ArtisanOnline was born in the ambit of Program A.MI.CO, as a winner of the A.Mi.Co. Award organized by the IOM - Coordination Office for the Mediterranean for the #empowerment of the #migrants associations for the #cosviluppo. In the first edition it took place in Albania thanks to the partnership between the associations QuestaèRoma e ICSE & Co.. while the second edition of the project, closed in recent months, was conducted by the Florentine association ICSE & co. and by IParticipate, and the local association Scutamare DeP Dora and Pajtimit and was funded under the Tuscany Region program for co-development.
