The words of Dua Lipa
"I want to thank my fans for allowing me to be the best version of me. For anyone who has not yet realized how special it is to have a story, a different background, just because it wants to be normal, know that no matter where you come from, what your background is.
Don't let anything get in the way between you and your dreams. Because you deserve it and I am the proof that you can do everything you have in mind, as long as you work hard. I believe it and believe in you."- said the pop-star at the beginning, who later also celebrated all the other female artists in nominations by launching a little shot at the Recording Academy:
"I just wanted to say how honored I am to have been nominated along with so many incredible female artists this year, I think this year we've really taken a step forward."- he said later Dua Lipa, referring to the words of Neil Portnow (president of the Recording Academy) who last year said that women had to take a step forward if they wanted awards during the grammy.
