Graduated bis and cum laude in International Relations and European Studies at the "Cesare Alfieri" of Florence, is from the 2010 president of ICSE & Co. (International Center for Southern Europe) that promotes development for Southern Europe; from 2011 he runs AssoAlbania orchestrating internal and external operation. He deals with issues for the development of emerging countries and their economic interactions, especially from and to Albania. He conceived and directed the "Rete in Diaspora" project and the like. He also collaborates with shqiptariitalise.com, neodemos.it and Labduepuntozero.com.
